How to Participate:

Each day, a new 7 Day Sleep Challenge email will arrive in your inbox, offering you a small, effective action to create a bedtime routine that truly relaxes you.  Implement the action, utilize the accompanying mindfulness session, and then fill out the form.  That's it!​​​​​

Every participant that completes and comments on all 7 days will be entered into our draw for a $25 Amazon gift card!
