Day of Dance

Tuesday, April 29, 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Celebrate International Dance Day with myFitness!

 

We are thrilled to have a guest instructor joining us to teach a dynamic, modern and jazz-inspired dance class. This session will include a warm-up, across-the-floor drills, and a fun short combo at the end. It's perfect for all fitness levels, whether you're a beginner or have some dance experience. Come move, have fun, and embrace the joy of dance! It’s a great way to improve cardiovascular health, build strength, and reduce stress.

Celebrate movement, music, and self-expression. Bring your energy, wear something you can move in, and get ready to dance it out. It's more than just a class—it’s a vibe. Join us for Day of Dance: and leave feeling strong, inspired, and totally alive!

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to identify movement imbalances, improve mobility, and build strength in key muscle groups essential for stability and performance. Through a combination of expert guidance and hands-on practice, we’ll cover essential topics such as:

  • Posture & Movement Patterns

  • Recovery & Self-Care

Think you’ve got what it takes to outlast, outperform, or outlift your coach? It’s time to put your skills to the test in our Beat the Instructor Challenge! This challenge is your chance to go head-to-head with our fitness instructors in a series of fun yet demanding physical challenges. 

From endurance and strength to agility and speed, we’re bringing it all — but the question is, can you keep up?

 

Whether you're here to win or just to have fun, this challenge is for everyone — all fitness levels are welcome! Bring your energy, bring your A-game, and get ready to show your instructors who's boss.

Check out the main board between April 7th - April 18th and challenge each coaches workout. When you complete your attempt you will be entered to win a prize!

Fitness Testing
Thursdays, 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

myFitness now offers fitness testing on Thursdays. The test for April includes demonstrations, form checks, and general Q&A.

Our demonstrations, form checks, and Q&A sessions are designed to help you perfect your technique, avoid injuries, and get the most out of every workout. During these interactive sessions, our experienced trainers will demonstrate key exercises, breaking down movement patterns to show you exactly how to perform them safely and efficiently. You'll have the opportunity to receive personalized feedback on your form, ensuring you're engaging the right muscles and avoiding common mistakes that can lead to pain or plateaus.

 

The General Q&A portion is your chance to ask anything — from workout tips and injury prevention to nutrition and recovery. Whether you're curious about modifying exercises, overcoming performance plateaus, or tailoring your fitness plan to your goals, we’re here to help.
