SELF DEFENCE

Join myFitness for a self-defence workshop on Monday, October 21, from 5:40 to 7:40 p.m. Get ready to discover the art of self-defence in an engaging event led by our expert coach. Gain confidence and essential skills as you delve into interactive sessions focused on the fundamentals of self-protection. Join us for an empowering experience that prioritizes your safety and knowledge.

Cost is $20 for non-members until October 4th and 50% offfor members;

Code is OCTOBER for members.

Join us for a Zumba class to have the most fun workout ever! 

Why should you dance? Dancing can allow people of all ages, shapes, and sizes to stay fit. It has a wide range of physical and mental benefits, including improved function of the heart and lungs and increased muscular strength, bone density and endurance.

 

Join us on Mondays starting September 9th from 5:30 - 6:15 at myFitness WK for a dance session to make you laugh, sweat and leave feeling mentally refreshed!
